Nancy Morton here! I have been interested in fitness and nutrition since the mid 80’s. Like most folks, I had good intentions of maintaining a good weight, healthy eating habits, and regular exercise.
Enter 2020 and 20+ lbs. later and I am left wondering what happened…weight loss/gain. You know – the yo yo stuff. I know better!
